What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Cash, Credit Card, Zelle (BOA), Cash-App & Money Orders*.

CREDIT CARD USAGE POLICY: WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS! NOTE: There is a 5% credit card fee associated with using this convenience.

*Money Order: Purchase a money/postal order from within the United States and post it to us with your completed order form. Money/postal orders from within the United States can be purchased from your local, US post office. These must be made payable to Chailife Artwork & Garden Crafts, PO Box 205, Greenfield MA, 01302.

(If made out to any other name, the money order may be destroyed and result in your order not being processed). Once received by Chailife, the money/postal order from within the United States, we will check that the payable amount is correct before processing the order. Please remember to include any shipping fees, as this can delay shipment.

Is Your Site Secure and My Data Protected?

Our website is secured by an SSL certificate, the acronym HTTPS (which stands for HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure) appears in the URL. We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the teleservices protection law.

What Do You Charge For Shipping?

Please account for the following charges when ordering: $10.00 per order US Standard Parcel Shipping.

Do You Accept International Orders?

No. Chailife Genetics does not ship overseas or take any international orders.

How Soon After My Order Is paid For Is It Shipped?

Generally within 24-48 hours. For Cash or Money Order, (please refer to Methods of Payments). If there is a pre-sale then obviously it will take longer but a proper time frame will be expressed to you.

Goods in stock will be dispatched three days a week during regular business working days. General time for delivery inside of the US is 1 – 4 working days unless it’s a weekend, holiday or when we are at a tradeshow. (Expect a 2 week turn around during such busy times.)

Do You Have Any Special Delivery Instructions?

Orders will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked. Your goods will be delivered to the address provided on the order form.

We must have your full name, address, email and telephone number. If any of this information is not complete your order can or will be cancelled.

What Happens If I Don't Receive My Order?

If your parcel is confirmed as delivered by the mail service however you claim to have not received it, you must take this up with the mail service including your mail person to obtain further information where the parcel was delivered to or left at your property. Our guarantee is also voided if you enter an incorrect delivery name (not the name on the mailbox) or address, as it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct information to ship your parcel to.

99% of parcels arrive through your door however if your parcel requires collecting from the mail service then this is your responsibility to collect it. We do ask that you please double check all information before submitting because once it is submitted, we might not be able to change it before dispatch.

What Will My Parcel Look Like?

Just like any standard first class parcel in the postal system. Parcel will be a Small to Medium sized standard USPS bubble envelope. The only text that will be displayed on the parcel is your name and delivery address along with a return address using Chailife Designs PO Box.

What If My Order Is Placed On Hold?

If your order is placed on hold it is because we are waiting on a pre-order drop or are waiting for you to contact us regarding your order. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it or your call.

Once I Have Ordered, How Do I Obtain My Tracking Number?

If you place an order online, you will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order. You will receive a second e-mail confirmation containing your tracking number when your package has been shipped.

Orders are normally processed between 10 am and 5.30 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday EST time. (Unless it is a Holiday then it will be processed the following day.)

How Long Will It Take For My Parcel To Arrive?

We quote 5 working days for orders to be processed and shipped with the U.S Postal Service, which makes them easy to track. 99% of orders usually delivered within 5 working days, however, they can take up to 14 days during holidays and pre-orders and 21 working.

If My Shipment Doesn't Arrive, How Long Should I Wait To Contact You??

I have not received my goods yet. If you do not receive your goods within 21 working days, then please contact us. (It is 15 working days standard for the US) Once you have done so, we will make inquiries to try and track down your parcel into with the relevant postal service. If we are unsuccessful, then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them.

Please keep all packaging and breeders packs that your order arrives in, in case there is a problem with your shipment. We urge that you do this so we can help rectify the issue.

Can I Return My Order If I'm Not Happy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

All concerns with germination must be handled with the breeders.

**WE WILL NOT REPLACE ORDERS FOR IMPROPER GERMINATION PRACTICES. ALL SEEDS ARE COMPLAINT WITH THE 2018 FARM BILL.
